Process: Record an Other Intake

Adding participants to an other intake includes searching for the person and selecting the desired person from the search screen.  This process also includescreating relationships for all persons added as participants to the intake.  Follow the steps below to add a person as an intake participant and to indicate participant relationships.

The person search provides two dynamic categories for searching.  You may use the Person Search Criteria to search for a person by person ID, or SSN, or Reference Type; or you may also use the Advanced Search Criteria to search for a person by name, address and other demographics.  If the person does not exist in the TFACTS database, you may create a new person record by clicking on the Add Person button.  Once you have selected the intake participant, TFACTS will return to the Participant's page.

  4. Under the Intake Name column, choose the desired person the intake should be named under.

  5. Click on the Apply button.

  6. Next, create the participant relationships.  Under Participant Relationships, click the select link for a participant. In the Relationships screen,  specify the relationship of this person to other participants on the intake and click Save. You are returned to the Participants screen.
