Individual Program Plan History
The Individual Program Plan (IPP) is the tool used by DCS as a treatment plan for a youth. On this screen is the history of IPPs for the youths in this case. The IPPs listed (if any) could have a select, copy, report, reviews and/or delete link. Also on this screen is the Add IPP button for adding a new IPP for the youth selected from the Youth Name drop-down list. A youth will only be in the Youth Name drop-down list if placed in a Youth Development Center (YDC) or DCS group home.

Click the copy link to use an existing plan as the basis for a new plan.
Click the report link to generate and print a report of the plan details.
Click the review link to add a plan review for the plan or update details for an existing plan.
Click the Add IPP button to record a new plan for the selected youth. Clicking the Add IPP button will display the IPP Detail screen.
The content of an IPP is determined within the context of a Child and Family Team meeting. The IPP strengths and needs, goals and action steps can be documented in the CFTM when the CFTM Type of "Individual Program Plan" is selected.
