Reference Type	Displays the type(s) of identification being used as a reference for this person. (TennCare ID, Agency ID, etc.)
Reference Number	Displays the reference numbers entered for the person.
Description	Text description for the Reference Type/Number.
Previously Adopted	Select Yes or No to indicate whether the person was previously adopted. This is an AFCARS reporting element.
Date of Adoption Decree	Enter the date when the court issued the adoption decree for the child.
Age Adopted	If the person was previously adopted, select the age at which the person was adopted. This is an AFCARS reporting element.
Was birth mother married at time of birth?	Select Yes or No to indicate the mother's marriage status when the child was born. This is an AFCARS reporting element.
Highest level of education	Select the level of education this person achieved.
Employee	This box will be checked if the person in focus is a DCS employee. It cannot be edited by the user.
Person is the Legal Dependent of an Individual on Active Duty in the Armed Services of the US	Check this box if the statement applies to the person.
