Recruitment Plan Information

This screen allows you to view, add, or update recruitment plan details. The screen lists a series of topics that are to be address in the plan. An "X" in the Narrative column indicates that the details for the topic have been entered.

Click select to read the full narrative that addresses the topic selected. If you have update access, you can also add or update the narrative.

How do I...

Fields on this screen

Plan Name	Enter a name for the plan.
Plan Creator	Select the worker who is creating the plan.
Plan Type	Select the plan type.
Effective Date	Enter the date on which the plan is effective. You may enter a date in the future.
Expiration Date	Enter the date on the plan will no longer be effective.
# Projected Inquiries	Enter the number of foster or adoptive homes you hope to recruit using this plan. In later reporting, the system will compare the actual number of inquiries against this projection.
# of Planned Events	Enter the number of events to be included as part of this recruitment plan. In later reporting, the system will compare the actual number of events against this projection.
# Children to be Placed	Enter the number of children to hope to place as a result of this recruitment plan. In later reporting, the system will compare the actual number of children placed against this projection.
# of Families to be Approved	Enter the number of foster or adoptive families you hope to certify as a result of this recruitment plan. You do not need to enter this number to save the plan; however, this field is required when you submit the plan for approval. In later reporting, the system will compare the actual number of families approved against this projection.
