Resource Inquiry - Activity Log
On this screen you record the activities required to complete an inquiry record and begin the provider record. While the inquiry is pending, you can add new activities and update existing activities. After the required activities are completed, you can enter an inquiry decision.
Click Add Activity to record the activities that occur during the inquiry process.
Click select to view or update an activity record.
Click delete to remove an activity.
