View a resource home inquiry

An inquiry is created when a person contacts a resource organization about becoming a foster or adoptive parent. Contacts may be made in person, in writing, or by phone. If you work at a public organization, you can view inquiries of any organization. If you work at a private organization you can view the inquiries made to your own organization. View resource home inquiry details as follows:

  1. From the Home screen, click Resource > Inquiry. The Inquiry Search Criteria screen appears.

  2. Enter the search criteria. You must include the organization as part of your criteria.

  3. Click Search. The matching inquiry records appear in the search results.

  4. Click the select link for the inquiry you want to view. The Resource Home Inquiry screen appears. This screen lists the resource home members, children of interest, status and other details about the inquiry.

  5. Click the Address/Contact, Referral Sources, Preferences, and Activity Log tabs to view additional details.

  6. Click Cancel to return to the Inquiry Search Criteria screen.

  7. To exit the Search screen, click the home link or other desired link or tab.
