Select the type of resource for the search.

Service Category

Select the category of services needed by the child.

Service Type

Select the specific type of service needed by the child.

Service Description

Select the description of the service needed by the child.

Minimum Match Percentage

Select the lowest percentage to use for displaying the matching resource records. For example, if you select 70%, only those resources with a match score over 70% appear in the search results.

Available Regions

Displays the regions where potential resource are located. Select one or more items and click Add> to add the regions to the Selected Regions box.

Selected Regions

Displays the regions to be used in the search. To remove any regions, click the items and click <Remove.

Available Counties

Displays the counties where potential resource are located. Select one or more items and click Add> to add the counties to the Selected Regions box.

Selected Counties  

Displays the counties to be used in the search. To remove any counties, click the items and click <Remove.

Zip Code

Instead of counties, you may enter a specific zip code for a resource.

Resource ID

Enter a specific resource ID to match on a specific resource. The resource will only appear in the search results if the resource matches the services needed by the child.

Resource Name

Enter a specific resource name to match on a specific resource. The resource will only appear in the search results if the resource matches the services needed by the child.

Member First Name

Enter the name of a resource member to match on a specific resource.

Member Last Name

Enter the name of a resource member to match on a specific resource.

Age

Enter the age of the child if you are performing a search for placement.

Gender

Select  the gender of the child if you are performing a search for placement.

Child's Characteristic

Click one or more items to use in the search .

Sort Results By

Select the sort order for the search results.
