Record a group category

Follow these steps to record a group category.

  1. From the Home screen, click the Financial tab. The Service Search Criteria screen appears.

  2. Click Maintain Group Category in the link menu. The Group Category Search screen appears.

  3. Use the search criteria filters to narrow your search.

  4. Click Search. Search results appear at the bottom of the screen.

  5. Click Add Group Category. The Group Category Details screen appears.

  6. Under Group Category Details, complete the required fields:

    Service Group
      
    Service Category
      
    Service Type
      
    NDA Required
       

  7. Click Add Authority Number to add an authority number.

  8. Click Save. The system returns to the Group Category Search screen.
