Record a service contract for a resource
In TFACTS, you can maintain the contract with a resource provider for specific services, such as managed care contracts, by adding or updating services costs. You can also update a contract for compliance monitoring and outcomes.
Follow these steps to record a service contract for a resource.
From the Home screen, click Resource > Contracts. The Contracts screen appears.
Enter filter criteria to display the existing contracts for the resource provider.
Click Filter. The matching contracts appear in the Contracts grid.
Click Add Contract for a new service contract or click the copy link to create a new service contract from an existing record. The Contract Details screen appears.
Complete the fields on the details screen, according to the contract. You must complete at least these fields:
Contract Number
Contract Begin
Contract End
Status
Resource Name/ID
(Optional) Add specific service costs to the contract, if appropriate.
(Optional) To add worker activities to the contract, click Link Activity. The Resource Activity Log screen appears. Select the activity record and click Save. You are returned to the Contract Details screen.
When the contract details are complete, click Submit for Approval. The system sends the contract to the team leader for approval.
Click Save. You are returned to the Contracts screen.
