The intake appears on the intake workload of the screening decision maker as "Complete."

Screened in

The screening decision maker has reviewed the intake and recorded a "Screened In" decision, including a response time.

Screened out

The screening decision maker has reviewed the intake and recorded a "Screened Out" decision and a reason for the decision.

Returned

The screening decision maker has returned the intake to the screener for further work.

The intake appears on the intake workload of the screener.
