View the history of intake worker assignments

Follow these steps to view the history of intake worker assignments.

1. From the Home screen, click the Intake tab. The CPS Workload screen appears.

3. Click the Assignment History link. The Intake Work Assignment History screen appears. All assignment records for the selected intake appear in the list.
