View the response to a reconsideration request

After Central Intake enters a response to the reconsideration request, you can view the response and associated details.

Follow these steps to view the response to a reconsideration request.

1. From the Home screen, click the Intake tab. The CPS Intake A CPS Intake is an referral made to the department that alleges child abuse or neglect. Workload screen appears.

2. Select the intake record you want to return the Central Intake.

3. Click the Reconsideration tab. The Reconsideration History screen appears.

4. Click the select link for the request you want to view.

5. Review the response in the narrative box at the bottom of the screen.  

6. Click Close. You are returned to the Reconsideration History screen.
