Record child and family team meeting participants and outcomes

The child and family team meeting (CFTM) documentation is entered on one page and multiple pop-up windows.   After a meeting has convened take these steps to records the actual participants and results of the meeting.  A CFTM can be scheduled but does not have to be.

  1. Navigate to Person Home Page:
    1. From Home Workload page, click the Person icon on an Ongoing Case.  The Person Home Page appears.
    2. Alternately, click the search link at the top of the page and search for and select a Person.  The Person Home Page appears.
  2. Select 'Hold CFTM' from the Quick Actions drop-down list (if listed).
  3. Possibly a CFTM is in progress for this person.  If so, it may be listed in the Electronic Case File list.  If so, click the link to add or update the documentation of that particular CFTM.
  4. Click the +more link next to the Electronic Case File heading.  The Electronic Case File Search screen will appear.
  5. Search on CFTM.  CFTMs, if any for this person, will be listed.  
  6. If an in progress CFTM is listed, select it.  The CFTM page will appear and the CFTM can be updated with meeting participants and outcomes.
  7. When the CFTM information is entered, click Save.  To leave the screen without saving, click Cancel.
