Schedule a child and family team meeting

After a Child and Family Team is established, the child and family team (CFTM) can convene.  These meetings can be scheduled but it is not necessary.    

Follow these steps to schedule a child and family team meeting.  

  1. On the Home Workload screen, expand an Ongoing Case and click the Person icon. The Person Home Page appears with a Quick Actions drop-down.

  2. Select 'Schedule CFTM' from the Quick Actions drop-down.  The CFTM Schedule screen appears.

  3. Enter the scheduled meeting date and time.

  4. Select the CFTM Type(s)

  5. Select the Location Type and enter the Location.  

  6. If this is a call-in meeting, enter the meeting phone number and code.

  7. The participants are listed in the Participants grid.  Click the Add button to add more participants.  Be sure to enter the participant Role.

  8. The Status defaults to 'Draft'.  Select 'Scheduled' when all the schedule information has been entered.

  9.  Click Save.  If no errors,  The Person Home Page appears with the scheduled CFTM listed in the Electronic Case File grid.
