View a Predisposition Report

Follow these steps to view details in a Predisposition Report.

1. On the Home screen, click the Case tab. The Case Workload screen appears.
   
   If you are not assigned to the case, search for the case and select the Workload tab.

2. Select the case you want to view. The Case Overview screen appears.

3. Click the Pre-Disposition Report link in the link area. The Pre-Disposition Report Summary screen appears.

4. Find the report you want to view and click the select link. The Predisposition Report Details screen appears.

5. Under Topic Area, review the topic areas and the status for each topic.

6. Click a link to view details for each topic. Click Close in the details screen to return to the Predisposition Report Details screen.

7. Click Close to return to the Pre-Disposition Report Summary screen.
