Print health care coordination notes

In a person's health profile, you can print care coordination notes for the person.

Follow these steps to print care coordination notes:

1. Click the search header link and display the person's health profile. The Person Overview screen appears.

2. Click the Health link. The Health Profile screen appears.

3. Click the Care Coordination tab. The Care Coordination Notes screen appears.

4. Check the boxes for each note record you want to print.

5. Click Print.

6. Click Close. You are returned to the Person Overview screen.
