View a person's appeals in the health profile

In a person's health profile, you can print care coordination notes for the person.

Follow these steps to print care coordination notes:

1. Click the search header link and display the person's health profile. The Person Overview screen appears.

2. Click the Health link. The Health Profile screen appears

3. Click the Appeals tab. The Health Appeals List screen appears.

4. Click select for the appeal record you want to view. The Appeal Details screen appears.

5. Click Close to return to the Health Appeals List screen.

6. Click Close to return to the Person Overview screen.
