Find a resource
All resource inquiries and resources such as resource home, facilities, and foster homes are stored in the TFACTS database. The amount of resource information you can view or update depends on you security access to the record. Regional organizations can view all resources and inquiries statewide. Private provider agencies that use TFACTS can see only their own resources and inquiries. See About Resource Management for more details about resources.
If you are a worker who is assigned to maintain specific resources, you can view and update those resources through the Resource Home Workload screen. See View the resource workload and resource details.
You can also find resources in the Resource Directory if you maintain resources, but want to view a resource that is not assigned to you.
If you do not maintain resource information, you can view resource details via the system search, which is available as a header link.
Follow these steps to find a resource in the system.
