Record home study verifications

Process: Record a home study

The home study includes a checklist of the verifications that are necessary before the resource can be approved or certified.

Follow these steps to document the collection of these verifications:

1. From the Home Study Topics screen, click the Verifications link. The Verification Tasks screen Verification Task List tab appears.

2. Click select for to the task you want to update. The Verification Details screen appears.

3. In the Status field, select the status for the verification task.

4. Enter the date and a narrative description, if necessary.

5. Click Save. You are returned to the Verification Task List tab.

6. Repeat steps 2 – 4 for each verification task you can update.

7. If any tasks do not need to be verified, click the Verification Task Waiver tab.

   1. Click next to Verification Tasks.

   2. Click Submit Waiver Request to submit the waived tasks for approval.

8. Click Save to return to the Home Study Topics screen.
