Delete a user group

You can delete a user group if it is not currently assigned to any workers.

Delete a user group as follows:

  1. On the Home screen, click Administration > Security. The User Search Criteria screen appears.

  2. Click User Groups in the link menu. The User Groups Search screen appears.

  3. Enter search criteria for the user group you want to delete. The matching user groups appear in the search results.

  4. Click the select link for the user group you want to delete.

  5. Click Delete.  

  6. In the confirmation message, click OK. The user group is deleted. You are returned to the User Groups Search screen.
