View a worker's user group assignments

User groups are assigned to workers in order to give them access to functions in TFACTS. A worker cannot perform any task in the system until he or she has been assigned at least one user group.

Follow these steps to view a worker's user groups assignments:

  1. From the Home screen, click Administration > Security. The User Search Criteria screen appears.

  2. Click Assign User Group in the link menu. The User Search screen appears.

  3. Enter the search criteria and click Search. The matching users in the search results.

  4. Click select to view the assigned user groups for a user. The User Groups screen appears.

  5. Click Cancel. You are returned to the User Search screen.
