Record recruitment activities for an adoption case
Process: Record an adoption case
As part of the adoption case activities, you record the activities the Department has taken to recruit adoptive families for the children in the case.
Record recruitment activities as follows:
From the Home screen, click the Case tab. The Case Workload screen appears.
Click the case ID number link for the adoption case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.
Under Case Actions, click View Member Details. The Adoption Case screen Members tab appears and shows each child in the adoption case.
Click the Adoption Details to view details about the case. The Adoption Details screen Recruitment tab appears. This screen displays the recruitment activities which have been added to the case.
Click Add Recruitment Activity to record a new activity for the case. The Recruitment Activity Detail screen appears.
In the Category list, select the activity category you want to add to the case.
Under Action, complete the fields to describe the activity.
Complete other information as appropriate.
Click Save. You are returned to the Recruitment tab.
Repeat steps 5 – 9 for other activities.
Click Save. You are returned to the Members tab.
Click Next Task> below to continue.
