Assign the responsible county for a case
Follow these steps to assign the responsible county for a case.
From the Home screen, click the Case tab. The Case Workload screen appears.
Click the case ID number link for the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.
Click View Case Information. The Case Detail screen appears.
Click Add Responsible County. The Assign Responsible County screen appears.
Select the appropriate county to assign from the County field.
Click Save. You are returned to the Case Detail screen.
