End a youth's IL program eligibility

You can end a youth's eligibility for an IL program if the approval status is "Approved" and the eligibility record does not have an end date.

Follow these steps to end the IL eligibility for a youth.

1. From the Home screen, click the Case tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

2. Click the [case ID] link to open the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.

3. Click IL Program Eligibility in the link menu. The IL Program Eligibility and Service Referrals screen appears. This screen displays the eligibility records for any case members.

4. Click end eligibility to stop providing IL program services to the youth. The IL Program Eligibility Determination screen appears.

5. In the Eligibility End Date box, accept the default date or enter a new date for ending the eligibility.

6. Click Save. You are returned to the IL Program Eligibility and Service Referrals screen.
