User Groups Assigned Details

This screen displays the user groups currently assigned to the user. From this screen you assign or remove user groups as appropriate. You can also suspend the user's access to the system, such as when the user is on a temporary leave.  

The system sends an email notification to a user when his or her user groups are initially defined or updated. The system also sends the worker's supervisor a high-priority email notification when a user's  access has been suspended.

Click Check All to check all user groups for the user.

Click Clear All to uncheck all user group for the user.

Click Delete to remove user groups from the grid table. Check the box in the Select column to select the user groups for deletion.

Click Add User Groups to assign one or more user groups to the user.
