Intake - Basic

This screen allows you to record the basic information collected during an intake. Intakes that come into the agency are routed to a screener, who collects the information and records it in TFACTS. Intakes may be in the form of telephone calls, letters, face-to-face visits, faxes, email, or any other electronic method. See About intakes.

This screen is also where you indicate that the intake is complete and ready for the screening decision maker to make a decision regarding this intake.
