Predisposition Report Summary

The Predisposition Report Details screen contains detailed information for the Predisposition Report ordered by the court. Basic report information appears at the top of the screen. The Topic Area Details contains links to screens where you record and view details for each section of the report. Sections in the report are:

A worker records the pertinent sections for the report and marks each section complete. When the report is finished, the worker submits the report for approval by the supervisor.

The supervisor reviews the report. If it is acceptable, the supervisor approves the report. Then the report can be used in the court process.

District Attorney	Click Link Person to select the attorney.
Defense Attorney	Click Link Person to select the attorney.
Defense Attorney Phone	Enter the phone number.
Referral Date	Enter the referral date.
Disposition Hearing Scheduled Date	Enter the scheduled hearing date.
Primary Caretaker	Enter the primary caretaker name.
Relationship to Youth	Enter the relationship to the youth.
Judge	Enter the name of the judge.
County	Enter the county.
Court	Enter the court name.
Due Date	Enter the due date.
Topic Area	Contains links to each section of the report and the completion status.
Approval	Click this to submit the complete report to your supervisor for review and approval.
