If an income record was entered in error, you can invalidate it from this screen. You cannot delete a financial record from the system.

Fields on this screen

Financial Reference Number	Enter the account number of the checking, savings, stock/bond, and so on.
From
To
Value	Enter the value of the resource.
Lien Amount	Enter the amount of a lien this person has against property, if applicable.
Description	Enter a description of the resource.
Created in Error	Check this box if the record was created in error. The system will not use this record in eligibility calculations. An invalidated record cannot be updated. Clear the check mark to return the record to valid status.
Reason	Enter a reason for invalidating the record or returning it to valid status.
