Resource Inquiry Search

This screen displays, for a region, the resource inquiries that are in Pending status, or Pending Approval status. You can filter the inquires to show canceled and completed inquires or inquiries that meet other criteria. From this screen you can link a Resource Home Inquiry to a Resource Home record or create a new Resource Home record. See About resource information for more details about resources.

Organization	Select the organization responsible for the inquiry.
Name	Enter the last, first, and middle name
Inquiry ID	Enter the inquiry ID number to find a specific inquiry record.
Inquiry Type	Select the type of inquiry.
Inquiry Sub-Type	Select the sub-type of the inquiry.
Begin Date	Enter the date to find records created after this date.
End Date	Enter the date to find records created before this date.
Status	Select the status of the inquiry you want to find.
Cancellation Reason	Select the cancellation reason.
Sort Results By	Select the sort order for displaying the inquiry records.
