Resource Home Information - Basic

On this screen you view or record basic details for a resource home.

A Resource Home is a Resource that receives placements within a home setting and is approved by the Regional PSD or Private Provider Resource.

Details include the resource name, resource types, suspension history, and shared home agreements. For each resource type, you can view status details and transfer the resource to another organization.

A resource home is added to the system through the resource inquiry process. After the inquiry is complete, you can start the home study process for the resource home. At any time you can update the resource home information.

• transfer – Transfers the resource to another organization.    
• View C/OH/SA History – View previous closed, hold or suspension records for the resource.
• Add C/OH/SA – Record any closed, hold or suspension information for the resource.
• Add Shared Home Info – Record details about shared homes for the resource.
• select – View or update details for a shared home agreement.
