Find an intake record
Intake workers can view their assigned intakes in the Intake Workload screen provided they have not been linked. Anyone can search for an intake using the search link in the page header and clicking the Intake Search tab. The Intake Search screen appears containing specific fields for finding intakes.
Follow these steps to view an intake record from the Home page Search link.
- Click the Search header link. The Search screen appears with the Person Search tab in focus.
- Click the Intake Search tab. The Intake Search Criteria screen appears.
- Enter search criteria. (The quickest and surest way to find an intake is to enter its Intake ID number.) Use the Advanced Search Criteria link to search on Case ID or Name.
- Click the Search button. The matching intake records display in the Results grid.
- Click the select link to view one of the listed intakes.
