Record child characteristics in an inquiry

Process: Record a resource inquiry

A potential resource may express interest in caring for or adopting a child that has certain characteristics, such as age, gender, or race. If this is a kinship provider, you probably do not need to capture child characteristics.

If applicable, record child characteristics as follows:

1. Click the Preference tab. The Acceptable Child Characteristics screen appears.

2. Complete the fields on the screen if the inquirer has identified any desirable child characteristics.

3. Click Apply.

4. Click Next Task> below to continue.
