Record inquiry referral sources
Process: Record a resource inquiry
Potential resources learn of an organization's needs through various sources, such as recruitment events.
Follow these steps to select the referral sources and recruitment events that led to the person's inquiry.
From the Resource Home Inquiry screen, click the Referral Sources tab. The Referral Sources screen appears.
Select one or more sources in the Available Referral Sources field, then click Add>. The sources you selected move to the Selected Referral Sources field.
In the Description field, enter more details about how the applicant became aware of the organization.
If the applicant learned of the agency from a recruitment event, click Link Event. Select the event and click OK. You are returned to the inquiry record.
Click Apply.
