View user groups and associated actions

A user group in the system is a collection of actions that can be performed in TFACTS. When a user is assigned to a user group, the user is able to perform those actions.

Follow these steps to view the user groups in the system.

  1. From the Home screen, click Administration > Security. The User Search Criteria screen appears appears.

  2. Click User Groups in the link menu. The User Groups Search screen appears.

  3. Enter the search criteria and click Search. The matching user appear in the search results.

  4. Click select to view the details for a user group. The User Group Details screen appears and displays the actions assigned to the group.

  5. Click Cancel. You are returned to the User Groups Search screen.
