Case Recording Chooser Page

This screen displays a history of the CPS Investigation ‘Due Process’ case recording. for the user to search and associate to a Due Process record.

Child(ren) Concerning	Displays the children in the case. Select the check box next to the child case member you contacted. When you select a child, the Social, Medical, Educational Needs Addressed option appears. Select this check box if you discussed these items with the child you contacted. This check box will be selected if the same option is selected on the Child and Family Team Meeting Details screen for the child.
Other Case Members	Displays the members in the case who are not children. Select the check box next to the persons you contacted.
Associated Person	Displays the associated persons on the case. Select the check box next to the associated case person you contacted.
Other Participants	Click Person Search to search for another person you contacted. Click Add to add the person to the list.

The following fields are available for you to search on a case recording from the ‘Recording Search Criteria’
Contact from Date & Contact to Date	Date range search for case recordings Enter the date to find records that were entered after this date.
Entered By	Selectable Value to search the creator of case recordings.
Location	Selectable Value to search the location of case recordings.
Contact Type	Selectable Value to search the contact type of case recordings.
Contact Method	Selectable Value to search the contact method of case recordings.
Participant	Selectable Value to search the contact participant of case recordings.
Status	Selectable Value to search for recording status.
Contact Sub Type	Selectable Value to search the contact sub type of case recordings.
Sort Results By	Selectable Value to display the sort order for the search results.
Search	Click to search case recordings for selected Search Criteria.
Clear Form	Click this to clear the Search Criteria in the search engine.
Check Box	Click the check box what needed to link to the due process record.
Select	Click to view the case recording detail.
Choose	Click to link the case recordings what was checked to the due process.
Close	Click this to cancel the screen and return to the calling page.
