Service Information (individual)

 

 

This screen allows you to view, add, or update the details of a service associated with a specific case member. Paid services must be recorded separately for each case member who receives the service whereas unpaid services may be recorded for a group of case members.

Case Member Name - click to view that member's person profile.

Link Resource button - click to identify the resource which provides the service, where appropriate. Only one resource may be linked to a service record.
