Permanency Plan Topics

This page serves as the 'switchboard' for a permanency plan, providing a means for users to easily switch back and forth between plan sections. The topics page becomes available once a permanency plan instance has been created. The page display the following list of topic hyperlinks:

Click on any of the topic hyperlinks to navigate to that portion of the family permanency plan to update and/or view the detailed information associated with that topic.

The right hand side of the 'switchboard' will provide you with an at-a-glance status of each topic.

Field	Description
Case ID	System displays the case identification number of the family case in focus.
Case Name	System displays the case name designation of the family case in focus.
Case Status	System displays the status of the family case in focus.
Organization	System displays the organization of the family case in focus.
Permanency Plan Filter Criteria
From Plan Date	Used for Filter Criteria only.
To Plan Date	Used for Filter Criteria only.
Status	Used for Filter Criteria only.
Sort Results By	Used for Filter Criteria only.
Permanency Plans
~blank~	System displays ‘select’, ‘revise’ and ‘report’ hyperlinks. The ‘revise’ hyperlink only exists once the Perm Plan is in an approved status and only for the most recent, approve Perm Plan. The ‘revise’ hyperlink is used to create a copy of an approved Perm Plan.
Plan Date	System displays the date of the Perm Plan defaulting to current date.
Status	System displays the status of the Perm Plan.
Status Date	System displays the date of the Perm Plan status.
Goal Participants	System lists the Perm Plan Goal Participants.
~blank~	System displays ‘delete’, ‘document’, ‘ratification’ and ‘CFTM’ hyperlinks. The ‘ratification’ hyperlink only exists once the Perm Plan is in an approved status and only for the most recent, approve Perm Plan.
